Tutankhamun all wrapped up – Sue Casson & The Brannick Academy
Tutankhamun – all wrapped up is a show made up of songs mostly written by Sue Casson and The Brannick Academy. They were first conceived as a soundtrack to Tom Blackmore’s film documentary charting the search for Nefertiti’s tomb and performed as a series of cabaret concerts at Chiddingstone Castle in Kent under the title Wonderful Things. Now they are given a new life (like Tutankhamun himself) to describe the epic quest of Howard Carter and Lord Carnarvon for the tomb of Tutankhamun.
And now, in Tutankhamun – All Wrapped Up, Sue Casson & The Brannick Academy have created a musical amuse-bouche to entertain you as you remember the images from the exhibition and the epic story that was the discovery of Tutankhamun.
